Upgraded BT internet so got new router .Tried to change it in sky q network but it constantly has the circle of doom saying 'resetting this may take a couple of minutes ' but it goes on and on for ages and then just goes away. I've rebooted sky q box and router multiple times. While it's doing this the remote is ineffective but works again once the circle of doom disappears then when I try again the whole process starts again. Is there anything else I can try? Always worked with the old BT router . Everything else in the house is working with the new router
