Sky box keeps disconnecting from EE broadband
Sky box has constantly disconnected from EE broadband since I swapped over
Now its doing it every day so changed to a smaller password to make the process easier and now won't connect at all. Many other devices have connected fine with new password and never disconnect
BT have been out and tested. Everything is working as it should except the sky box

It's an ongoing problem for many users it seems. Some customers have suggested it is due to using broadband from another provider.
A potential fix from a user is to turn off Sky box & the router then turn them on again. I'm going to try this later.
