Network connection

Whilst watching tv the last 25 hours it stops and comes up with network connection failed. I have reset this multiple times and this still hasnt resolved. Please can anyone advise. Its very frustrating. Broadband has also been playing up

Do you think the broadband playing up might be the root cause of the sky Q box losing its connection?

 

Shouldn't affect live TV though. Or are you on Stream and not Q?
