Network connection keeps dropping every 5 mins

Despite doing all the recommended solutions the network connection keeps dropping intermittently. 

The 3 lights on the sky broadband router are remaining green .  

I cant download anything now as the download fails every time I attempt it. 

I think the fault could be in the sky Q box which is 4 years old at this stage .

I believe this is because my sky q box is now over 6 years old and may be faulty
