Network connection issue

Sky q box error message network connection status x at the side tried 4 times switching off and back on following instructions . I have wifi connection on phone

Hi @Sharon+Dunstan   I am not sure that I understand that message "x at the side". I would reboot your broadband router to refresh its DNS. Are you sure that it is a message from your Sky Q box, and not from your TV?
