My sky q main box is connected to my new btWiFi router but my mini box won't connect to my main box despite having gone through the settings to reactivate it

Hi @Ian346 How are things connected? For 3rd party broadband providers the Mini box connects to the Main Sky Q box (Sky Q Mesh), not your Bt WiFi. It should pick up the internet through the Main Sky Q box.

@Ian346 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot your mini box
you should be promptred to press the WPS button on your nearest piece of Sky Q equipment are you going to your main box and pressing the WPS button
