Netlix package upgrade

Hiw can I upgrade my netflix subscription to allow 2 screens at rhe same time please. I pay for this through my sky account

@Phill6 Hiya with Netflix it used to depend on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in but since December 2023 this changed to the following

Ultimate Package includes
Netflix Standard with Ads in HD
Watch on 2 devices.
(list cost £4)

upgrade Boost to Netflix Standard (No Ads). HD
Watch on 2 devices
(list price an additional £6 thus £10 in total for Netflix)

upgrade Boost to Netflix Premium UHD (No Ads)
Watch on 4 devices
(list price an additional £11 thus £15 in total for Netflix)

so you would need to contact Sky 

 

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag

Thank you I have ultimate package but can't get netflix on 2 screens, i will ring sky thank you

Yes the original Ultimate Package was just 1 screen - the new with ads level may be slightly cheaper anyway
