You haven't given us information so I am guessing that you are a Sky Q customer who is seeing the spinning circle, if so doing this should fix it:

Our Netflix is also not loading. Have tried all the usual fixes but nothing is working.

As per my post above @Lou75 if you are also seeing the spinning circle then doing what is on the link I posted should fix it.
