Why is my Netflix Spanish & I can't use it ??????

Either your account has been compromised or someone might have accidentally changed it.

 

Please do this on your PC or Netflix app on a phone/tablet, this will not work on the Sky Q app


Instructions For Desktop/Laptop

 

  1. If you are on the log in screen, select "Manage Profiles." If you are on the home screen, go to your icon in the top right, open the option list and then select "Manage Profiles."
  2. Click your profile icon. 
  3. Go to "Language" and open the list options. 
  4. Select your preferred display language and hit save. 

Instructions for Phone/Tablet

 

  1. Open the Netflix app.

  2. In the lower right, tap My Netflix

  3. In the upper right, tap the Menu 

  4. Tap Manage Profiles 

  5. Select the profile you want to edit.

  6. Tap Display Language

  7. Select a language. The new language will automatically save

That method will only work if the maximum amount of profiles hasn't been created and they haven't pin locked the main profile 

 

If you manage to regain control of your Netflix account make sure you change your password and make sure the Sign out of all devices is ticked before you press save.

If you don't any devices you are currently signed into with Netflix will retain the old password apart for the device you changed the new password to.

@Wicked55 the normal explanation is that your account has been hackrd and you need to contact netflix to sort this 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
