Netflix

Hi. I have signed up to Netflix via their website. However I want to know if Netflix is included in my package? And if so, how do I link it?

Hi @Allison1991 

You can Check your package in your Q box or your VIP App or on your Online account.

To check on your Q box go to the bottom of the Home menu and select My Sky.

There is then an option to check your package.

If you have Netflix with Sky you will see Netflix or Ultimate TV.
