Netflix

I am unable to use my phone to watch Netflix it's asking me to sign up again already with sky Netflix what to do ? My Netflix on the tv is fine

hi @Anne889 

 

You need to make sure you are using the same email & password as used for Netflix on SKY Q

 

To check the email address you used :

 

On the SKy Q App 

open Netflix

Press Left Arrow to activate the Left hand Menu

Scoll down to bottom line & then Tab accross to ? Get Help & Select

Against the Member entry it lists the Account Email for the account
