SkySpF1 HD and TNTSport1 HD recording prevented

Why have you prevented me from recording certain live sports events and deleted my series record option for live F1 and MotoGP today?

 

It is also now impossible to select the live programs on the TV guide too (see attached pic).

 

I pay you a fortune for the sports channels, what is going on??

Firstly you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

What happens when you try to view those channels by pressing 406 or 410 rather than through the TV guide? 

Have you tried rebooting the Sky Q box?

Hiya, I reset everything and still the same problem but on other channels now too. Same issue. Channels not showing particular programs on the TV Guide for some reason (blank). The channel comes up ok if I enter the channel number directly, but pause won't work and it says fast fwd or rewind not supported for this program at the top of the screen if I try to use fwd/bed buttons. This would suggest recording for those particular programs is not available..... There's about 10 HD channels with this fault now. If zi try to use Sky Go to view the programs instead, it's the same problem, it won't pause or let me record.

UPDATE: I'm using Sky Broadband and Multiroom, as you suggested I switched off all of the Sky equipment, completely reset the modem (pressing down the little reset button on the router for 30 seconds while powering back up), and once the router was showing all green lights, turned the main Sky Q box on that's connected to the dish, waited till that had recycled and then checked the TV Guide on the main TV and after it had refreshed it all looked OK again. So then I restarted the multi room boxes and all was ok.
