Netflix

I have a netflix account

It gives an error code on my samsung tv

tvq-pb-101(5.6.1)

i then linked my account to sky q

still getting the same error

Spoke to netflix and tried resetting but still the same

i have the same problem aswell even itvx and disney wont work either ....tried all tests says connected

think sky is having problems ...they should check

update sky q goto settings and update software

will take 10mins then press power button to stand by

 

takes a few mins ..

 

press power button

 

wait till loads up

 

you should be back on line i did it and now all works itv x netflix and disney !!
