@Nelson4 if you are for Netflix throufgh Sky you need to cancel that as well. If you are paying direct to Netflix then you need to contact Netflix to cancel

And if you had Netflix before Sky, Netflix may well have a payment method on record to which the subscription would revert once Sky stopped billing.
