Is there any error message?
Are you signing into Netflix with your Sky details or trying to set up a new account?

Is there any error message option to sign out allowing you to sign in?
It sounds like you've been hacked.

Yes but when you do that it just comes back with that same account

If you choose sign out then it should ask for sign in details.
Are you doing this via the Sky box/TV, Netflix app or online? If via Sky then try online to see if the details still work.
If not then you'll need to contact Netflix directly.

@Kaysback is the account it's coming up with in Spanish if so That sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.
