Ultra HD

Hi. Just changed my package having being with Sky for 13 years. I have a Sky Q box and 2 mini boxes. New package includes Sky signiture, Sky sports and HD. However I seem to be missing UHD after being told that I would have UHD and Dolby atmos included at no additional cost. Please can somebody confirm my package. TIA.

Not us as we're other customers that cannot access your account...

 

You can check your subscriptions from your account.  Click on 'your products'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

hi @Ocin25 

 

As @PandJ2020 indicates you check you package by looking at 'Your Products' - you can access this from your KSY Q box - Home - My Sky

 

If you have only just switched to Signature from an older package it is possible that you were getting UH via a veru old add on called Multiroom pack (note the pack) 

 

This works differently under Signature and you need both the HD and then UHD add on - it is quite possible that the switch didn't not pick this up.

 

If you don't have it, you will need to call Customer Services, I am afraid
