Netflix

My Netflix is paid through sky. It keeps being hacked. I have changed passwords. Netflix can't help me because there is no account attached. However my profile has been changed to Spanish. Can anyone help?

Hi @Shazb0 

If you cannot sign out of the Spanish Netflix and then sign in with your correct Credentials  then I suspect only Netflix can solve your issue.

To sign out Go to the left hand Netflix menu and scroll down the bottom.

Then scroll right and select Get help.

On the next screen is an option to Sign out

Netflix can't help me they keep asking for a 6 digit code which I don't have. I can't sign out of Netflix because they have changed it Spanish. I cannot log in on any other device
