Netflix

I have nextflix added to my sky account.

when I click "join now" this directs me to a page "add Netflix to your Sky package" - that is the only join option I have on screen.

when I click this it states "you've already added this package to your sky subscription. You can start watching shortly"  

error code DSU_508

it has been saying this for hours. Any suggestions

Yes as above - I have tried to activate and it states this package is already on my sky subscription

Hi @ChloeWhite94 

You shouldn't be selecting join now.

1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote then scroll to On Demand
2. Scroll to Netflix and select any Netflix show
3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Hi @ChloeWhite94 did you manage to sort this out . also have the same prob as above . I went to on demand selected a show to watch and all I got was sign in or join .

i am also getting error code DSU_508.

There doesn't seem to be any other instructions . Thanks in advance.
