Hi
I have just reactivated my sky contract with Netflix as well last week , but it's saying I need to make a payment to Netflix? This is part of my package so need you to activate my Netflix account please.

@Anonymous Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
