Netflix will load but when I select a programme it will not give me the option to play. This is on my main skyq box, works fine with my mini box. Tried chatting with Netflix but couldn't resolve issue. Can anyone help?

Update to my earlier post. Sky have just called me and said Netflix has just informed them that there was a software update error and they are working to fix it ASAP. They have been inundated with calls regarding this, alot of people having the same issue. Hopefully will be up and running soon.

Having same issue, cannot get option to play on SkyQ main box, mini box will play selected item as soon as selected. But still does not give the option to select play.

I've been on the phone to Sky and Netflix most of the morning. Still.not working. They are ringing me back later this afternoon, dont think they have a clue whats wrong.

Have the exact same problem and based in Wales. Had it since this morning and tried the usual steps. It must be a problem with them

I've tried resetting Qbox and no difference, can't call Sky as I have lost my voice so having to try online with no success.

Same here. Watched it early today - this morning but no option to play anything now. Just displays show details. Ok on my iPad app so just via main Sky Q box

I reset the box (switched off at the wall and on again) and it's working now! Maybe try that!
