Netflix won’t launch

Netflix won't launch I've tried turning the power off but it's not working?

Power box off at mains for 1 min

if doesnt work power it on and force software update

You can't force a software update yet. That doesn't kick in until the vast majority of customers have had it automatically overnight over the roll out period.
