Netflix with ads

Hi So I wanted to cancel my entire package due to price. Managed to get a deal so I've stayed but was told nothing would change. Go to use netflix today and it's with ads - before it wasn't. I want to watch a film but in a 2hr or so film there's 9 adverts! Can I just upgrade without losing all the discounts I have? Or do I need to speak to someone?

Thanks I will do. Bit annoying as wanted to watch a film tonight but they're closed now. Oh well tomorrow it is then!
