Netflix tier change

I've renewed my contract with Sky for a couple of years and added broadband. But I noticed in the email I was sent that my Netflix tier has been changed from Premium to Standard. I did not request this and was very clear that I wanted my TV package to remain as is.

 

Contacting Sky is so painful, I've already tried today and been given a wait time of 25 minutes.

 

How can I get Netflix changed back to premium? I've agreed a new price for my contract but that was on the basis of no changes.

hi @greenandroid 

 

Just out of interest did you have the Netflix Boost to preimum add on, or did you still get Netflix Premium by having the SKY UHD add on.

 

If the latter, they may not have realised you would drop to the base and need the boost option adding on.
