Netflix sign in issues

I have recently redone my Mams sky contract and included Netflix. She was previously on my Brothers Netflix account which is no longer available. I deleted her from my Brothers account but when I went to sign her up for her own Netflix account it is saying she is already signed into Netflix and to contact the account holder to get her taken off the account. My brother did this but Netflix say my Mam is not on his account anymore. We are stumped as to what to do now. Is it worth deleting the app from her tv and reinstalling. Any help would be most welcome.

Re: Netflix sign in issues

I'm wondering if it is an email address issue?

To my mind the only way Netflix's system would think she already signed in is if you used the same email address as your brother 's account to sign her up. Try using another email address if this is the issue.

Sounds like you are in a stuck signed in state on your Sky Q box.

Can you get your brother to login to the previous Netflix account that you used on your Sky Q box viaa web browser and go to the Manage Devices section of that Netflix account.

In there you can force off your Sky Q boxes, it shows all the devices that are registered for that account there, so once done will allow you to sign in with a new account.
