Netflix problem

Opening Netflix through sky Q and finding completely different accounts, none of ours and all in Spanish. Also unable to change to English

@DGS67 Tghat sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.
