Netflix problem

I went onto the Netflix app on my sky Q box & it's in a foreign language! I've had a few emails about Netflix which I thought were a scam as they were also in the same language. I blocked the sender. Any ideas what I should do please?

Hi @DebbieGNotts 

Did you log out of the App on your Qbox and then try logging in with your credentials?
