Netflix password change, deleted account

Hi, my netflix account asked me to sign back in after logging itsself out. My password didnt work so i used the 'forgotten password' & emailed myself a link. I changed the password & when it logged me back in its asking me to set up my subscription. My subscription is in with my sky package & all my profiles have deleted & its back to brand new. Whats haooened??

Sounds like you've signed in with the wrong email, try your Sky ID email and see if everything is there. If so you'll have to contact Netflix to cancel the 2nd account.
