As I accessed my Netflix account through sky, I noticed 5 new profiles were on the screen, all locked, in Spanish. There is no option to reset the Netflix account which has left us with a Netflix account that we can't use. There has been no password sharing, so is there a way to completely reset the account so that we are able to still use it?

@Colpaconel the normal advice that is given is to contact Netflix and let them know your account has been hacked
