Netflix has stopped loading on one of my tvs its never been a problem before, anyone know why this is happening. Its runningvof a mini box

Not any help, but just to say that mine's also been not loading for a few weeks now. On occasion it does work, but more often it doesn't. The Netflix app works on my TV, indicating that it's the Sky box version that has the intermittent fault.

Go to 'Settings' on the Sky screen and just highlight it. Press 001 then 'enter' and you will see that you can reset the apps. Worth a try!

Still happening for me, would be good for Sky to post a solution because at this point its becoming frustrating

Following a Sky Broadband upgrade I had the same problem.
i disconnected the modem, televisions, Sky Q Box and Sky Mini Box.
I lleft it a few minutes a few minutes before reconnecting and it has solved problems. Fingers crossed that this will continue without any further problems.
