Netflix not loading

Some days Netflix loads, the next day it does not load and the red circle just keeps going and Netflix doesn't load. Tried the rebooting sequence procedure, tried refreshing the apps and it still does not load. I have to wait until the next day to try and load Netflix. Some times it works , sometimes it doesn't!  Considering ditching Netflix ?

If you've got a smart TV then the App will be on there.

Hi @Zac23 

Try reloading Netflix .

Open Netflix in your Q box and go to the Left Hand Netflix menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get Help.

On the next screen there is the option to reload Netflix.

Couldn't find the supa users suggested route on the Qbox. So reverted to accessing Netflix through the smart TV only.  This loading issue through the Qbox seems to be an issue for Sky as a number of customers are having the same problem, perhaps Sky could provide a solution or at least issue a statement showing how to correct access to Netflix through the Qbox.?

It's simple instructions @Zac23 

On the Q box if your Netflix will open go to the Left Hand Netflix menu.  You need to be able to load Netflix to do this.   You said sometimes it will load.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Left Hand Netflix menu and then scroll right and select Get help.

The next screen has the option to Reload Netflix

Just an update after 4 days after resetting, out of the 4 days I've not been able to load Netflix  on 2 days. The red circle just keeps rotating and not loading. So there is still an issue with Sky, cos if I load directly from the TV it works fine ?
