I have tried all the troubleshooting and Netflix will not load through my sky q box by 9pm when I want to sit and watch something. This has been going on for almost 10 days and I can access Netflix via fire stick and iPad so it's a sky problem. I am paying for this service and not being able to use it.. why is this an ongoing problem?

I only have one HDMI on the tv in this room that sky is connected to... I should be able to access from sky q and I just want them to resolve the issue

Yes I can access during the day but when we try to watch something generally after 8pm UK time, it spools and won't open.. Peak time problem

possibly a channel clash or bandwidth (contention) issue.
Can you connect by Ethernet to test?

All other apps loading so not a broadband issue.
