I originally had Netflix seperately to Sky and paid for the multi household as have a teenager in the house. When they updated to ulitmate, Netflix obviously moved to Sky. However I can no longer access Netflix on other devices in the household. I have ulltra HD that states I should be able to access from 4? The email address linked to Netflix app on sky is an email address I do not know so cannot activate multi household that way? Any advise? I would like yo be able to watch it on my surface without being in front of the TV and allow the kid to get their profile back.

Can you access Netflix (say online) using the details that you had when Netflix billed you separately from Sky?
When I switched from Netflix to Sky the actual login details remained the same (Sky just took over the billing)
If so you should be able to use those details on Sky Q and any other device/app. The unknown email is a bit odd however.

Hi. Spoke to Sky, got nowhere. Spoke to Netflix who confirmed my account had been hacked!
