Netflix keeps stoping and loading

Hi I'm watching Netflix through sky app and it keeps stopping and circle comes up loading  0% to 80% etc

i did a speed test on bt fibre and all ok and nothing else being watched in house

What speed connection does the netflix app (in the help menu) say it is getting?
