Netflix hacked

Our Netflix account has been hacked. Someone was meant to call us back. They rang my mobile phone at 2 o'clock as agreed but as soon as I answered the call they cut me off!  Been one week now. Can you just take it off our Sky package and we will purchase elsewhere?

If your Netflix has been hacked you need to contact Netflix direct.,
