Return of Sky Q Box
I have now left Sky and returned just the hub as you requested.
But should I not return Sky Q Box also, as it is if no use to me?

Have they not requested it to be returned? How long ago did you cancel Sky Q?
There have been reports of some customers being told by Sky to keep and dispose of Sky Q equipment themselves but this is only normally those with old v1 Q boxes which are no longer refurbished and sent out to customers.
Packaging for the return of Q equipment is normally sent out once 31 days has elapsed since the end of your service but it would be worth checking with Sky to see what they want you to do.

Re: Return of Sky Q Box
Typically it's a Q Television box which is returnable rather than a Q Hub.
