Netflix fails to load

When I go to the Netflix app on my Sky Q box, all I get is a spinning wheel, and it will not load. Any help please

Hi @Leemand Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Hi @Leemand Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Every time almost we go to use the Netflix app it fails to load, sometimes after the reboot of router and sky q box it works but occasionally not. No problem with prime or the other apps on sky q 

 

any advice apart from switching to the full netflix service on the smart tv
