Netflix error

I am unable to access Netflix on any device my TV phone or iPad I get a message saying isn't part of the Netflix household for this account. 
I have tried to change my password and this didn't help at all.

Hi @GemmaR25 have you set your Netflix Household 

A Netflix household is a collection of your devices associated with your internet connection
