Netflix error code nw-4-8

Netflix not working on my sky Q box.  Running network tells me internet and server 1 & 3 are  connected but cant connect to Netflix server 2 which is nw-4-8.

Try changing the DNS on the Sky box to 8.8.8.8

Perhaps a "refresh apps" through the service menu.

 

don't know if the netflix app has some cache clearing option that you could try. Quick google suggests it might be an issue with an expires token
