Netflix charges

I left sky and returned and was told Netflix was part of my package but now I'm being charged 7.49 a month, anyone know why?

If you have SkyQ which I presume you have as you are  posting on the Sky Q  forum, If Netflix is part of you your packge the standard with ads is shown on your bill as "utitmate tv pack"  and is a chargeable add on at £5,50 a month if you have Netflix charge £7,49 as well that possably is Netflix boost to higher tier. Only if you have Sky stream is the standard with ads tier will be included in your  package at no extra cost. but a upgrade to higher tier is still chargeable.
