Netflix app won’t load, buffering constantly. Restart or refresh doesn’t work

I have been having issues with Netflix for a while, it will work intermittently and then go back to no loading. I try to go on the app and it won't go passed the loading start page. Tried turning the sky box off at the plug and refreshing the app with the secret menu but nothing has worked.

Do you have a SmartTV with apps? If so, have you tried accessing Netflix via the TV app? Also, try restarting your router (Netflix is an internet streaming service)

Never heard back from @Vickyj1234 , but have you tried restarting your router as I suggested?

It's so frustrating! I'm trying to avoid phoning Sky but think I'm going to have to..

What happened when you accessed Netflix via your tv's app?

I think that rules out Sky TV as the problem, sounds more like an internet speed issue;  who is your internet provider? Do you have means of measuring the broadband speed that you're getting?
