Looks like you need to contact the Channel directly @DD61 

Only they can add Subtitles

Then that's your answer @DD61 

Nobody else can add subtitles to their channels

@DD61  If the channel itself won't add subtitles then I'm afraid no one else can do it for them either.

Sky only provide EPG listing for the channel and have no control over their output.
