Netflix app does not load
My Netflix app doesnt load. All other apps work apart from this one. I have tried re-booting and all the usual stuff to no avail

Re: Netflix app does not load
From your mentioning of doing a Q restart and Sky Q app refresh, your next option is to do a Netflix app reload or device reset.
On Sky Q, launch Netflix, it does need to run any programme, pan left to the Profile left menu, scroll down to Get help and click on reload Netflix.
This can do some extra cache tweaks.
It may log you out of Netflix. You may also need to sign out and in again of your Netflix account to get it running.
You could also try signing out of the Sky Q device.
Within a web browser or can be done via Netflix apps on phones/tablets, do the following;

Go to the Manage Access and Devices page.

Select the Sign Out button next to the device you want to sign out of.
