Netflix and Sky

I have signed into the sky Netflix app with my Netflix id and it's working. How do I know if it is now linked to my sky subscription and I won't be paying Netflix direct anymore? Do I just have to wait until my next Netflix bill is normally due?

I couldn't spot a location in the SKY Q app to tell you

If you can login on a browser & go to account  (from the drop down top right) I see an entry

"Included in your Sky package"

I have to advise, however, I have only ever been through SKY so not sure how long that might take to show if you transferred from paying direct

If you sign into the netflix.com website on a PC/phone/tablet, go to your account settings and it should read 'Included in your Sky package', Also, click on billing details there and it will show your contact is Sky for billing..

Re: Netflix and Sky

I looked at the billing but it says I'm on monthly billing nothing about sky. Does it take a few days or should I be contacting sky?

Although I don't know, I would expect this to show within <24 hours

Unfortunately I suspect you may need to contact SKY - who may then advise to contact Netflix depending on what they can see
