Netflix Subscription

I have Netflix through my Sky account with the Ultimate TV Add on but not sure what level my subscription is, I keep getting emails to my personal email account from Netflix regarding finishing my Sign-Up, is there a way to know what level of Netflix subscription you get through Sky or do I need to complete the setup on the Netflix account itself?

The default is Standard with Adverts.  Upgrading to Standard no adverts or Premium has an additional monthly cost paid to Sky.
