Unable to open Paramount+

I can't get Paramount+ to open. It just goes around in circles, it says you've got Paramount+ then sends my back to the sign in page.    I had been watching it and then one day it stopped letting me in. I have tried to start from the beginning again but it says I already have it.

I have updated my apps

I have done the 001 thing

I have reset my SkyQ box

I have switched it off for 30 seconds etc etc

I have even contacted Paramount and tried to reinstall it using the code but it doesn't give me option to put a code anywhere. 

 

I am completely stumped as to what else to try.
