I've just had the same issue. I only got past it by guessing the first profile's pincode (1111). I was then able to relogin with y own details.
If I hadn't guessed the easy pincode I would still be stuck.

I have an even worse problem - spanish "users" come up - if I try to click on one it asks for a pin number which I dont have - So I am totlly blocked out of netflix app on the TV
I go to Netflix my account and it says - no e mail or phone number is recognised - so I cannot get to the "manage my devices" section
Can any body help ?

Not here, no. I think you'll need to go to Netflix support to try and regain account control: they will get very well aware that this happens a lot.
