Netflix DSU_508 error

Hi, just got my Sky Q box today, got Netflix as part of the subscription, all is well and done and I tried to go onto Netflix earlier but got the DSU_508 error, said to leave it to 4 hours. It's now been 6 hours and my Netflix is still not working? I've tried to refresh and restart the sky box to no avail. It's part of my subscription, and when I go to the Netflix option in Apps it says there's no programs of this type, help please?

Hi @EmilyS Unplug your Sky Q box from the mains and wait 30 seconds. Unplug all cables and your viewing card. Plug it all back in and go through the boot up process. If this doesn't work you may need to call for a refresh signal.
