Netflix Buffering

Has anyone as yet found the magical answer to stop Netflix buffering? I have followed previous advice to no avail. I have a SKY Q box. Thank you

Hi @IKMac 

Open your Netflix and go to the left hand Netflix menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and scroll right and select Get help.

On the Next screen there is the option to check your Network.

 

See at what speed your Q Netflix is running.

Don't know what setting you are referring to @IKMac 

In the Get help Netflix menu you need to select Check your Network.

This will then show what broadband speed your Q Netlix is using.
