Netflix Account Login

I'm trying to log in to my Netflix account and it does not recognise my email address. My Netflix is subscribed through Sky Q . If I create a new login, will I get charged for an additional subscription or will Netflix know I already have and pay for a subscription through Sky?

It can't know it's you if you use a different login.

What does the Get Help / Member page show as your email address? Don't tell us but is it what you expect?
