No internet connection to Sky q box

tried all the resets can't watch any apps for example Netflix etc nothing loading in recordings either

Recordings should not be affected by tha so suggests a wider problem with the box.

you've done the Network Reset specifically? What happens when you tell it to re-attach to your wifi?
